The agreement
These terms govern your use of slaaay.lol. Please read them before placing a bid — paying for a listing means you accept them.

slaaay.lol is operated by MG IT SOLUTIONS SRL, a company registered in Romania (registration J2025037319006, tax identification 51854008), with its registered office at Str. Burdujeni 6-8, Bl. N11, Sc. A, Et. 4, Ap. 15, 032729, Sector 3, București. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company, and "you" means the person or organisation using the site.

Payments are not processed by us. Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the merchant of record and reseller for every purchase made through this site. When you pay, your payment contract for that transaction is with Paddle, and Paddle's own terms apply to it alongside these. Paddle issues the invoice and is responsible for charging and remitting any applicable VAT or sales tax.
slaaay.lol is a single public leaderboard. You pay to place a website or an X handle on it, and the amount you pay determines your position. Rank is the bid and nothing else: there is no editorial selection, no algorithm, and no way to rank higher without paying more.
The top 9 listings are additionally shown as characters in the illustrated scene at the top of the homepage. Positions below that appear on the board but not in the scene.
We are an advertising placement service. We do not endorse, verify, review or vouch for any listing, and a position on the board is not a recommendation. You are responsible for deciding whether to visit or trust any linked site.
Bids are whole US dollars. The minimum bid is $5 and the maximum is $999,999. Prices are shown on the site before you pay, and the amount you confirm at checkout is the amount you are charged.
Taking the number one position costs at least $5 more than the current top bid. Paying less than that still places you on the board at whatever position your amount reaches.
Where two listings hold the same amount, the one placed earlier keeps the higher position.
Submitting the same website or handle again raises that existing listing rather than creating a second one. You pay only the difference between your current total and the new total, and the minimum increase is $1.
Your position is not permanent or guaranteed for any length of time. Anyone can outbid you at any moment, and your listing will move down when they do. This is the core mechanic of the service, and by bidding you accept it.
You may list a website you own or are authorised to promote, or an X handle you control.

You confirm that you have the right to submit what you list, and that the listing does not breach anyone else's rights.
We may remove a listing that breaches these terms. Where we remove a listing because it breaches these terms, we are not obliged to refund the amount paid, except where consumer law requires it. Where we remove a listing for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the amount paid for it.
The site does not use accounts or passwords. A listing is associated with the browser that created it, using an identifier stored on your device. If you clear that identifier or use a different device, you may not be able to manage the listing from there.
Anyone can pay to raise any listing's bid, including one they did not create. That is intentional and is how the board works.
We count clicks on each listing and publish those counts, along with figures derived from them such as cost per click. These figures are indicative and are produced by our own counting. They are not audited, may include automated traffic, and should not be relied on as a measurement standard.
We do not guarantee any level of traffic, clicks, visibility, conversions or business outcome from a listing.
We aim to keep the site available but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we may carry out maintenance that makes it temporarily unavailable.
If we permanently discontinue the board, we will give reasonable notice where we can, and we will refund amounts paid for placements that cannot be delivered as a result.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where the law does not allow it. In particular, we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Romanian or EU law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or business opportunity arising from your use of the site. Our total liability in connection with a listing is limited to the amount you paid for that listing.
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under Romanian and EU consumer law are unaffected by these terms.
The site's design, artwork, characters, text and code belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
You keep ownership of everything in your listing. By submitting a listing you give us permission to display its title, description, icon and link on the site and in related promotional material, for as long as the listing is published.
Icons and preview text for website listings are read automatically from the page you submit. Where we cannot read anything usable, we fall back to a generic icon service. For X handles, the profile picture is retrieved through a third-party avatar service.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU and we cannot resolve your complaint, you can refer the matter to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at https://anpc.ro/, use the alternative dispute resolution procedure described at https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/, or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Because Paddle is the merchant of record, questions strictly about billing, invoices or tax on a transaction may need to be directed to Paddle. We will help you reach them.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
If you are contracting as a business rather than as a consumer, the courts of Romania have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes apply to bids placed after they are published, and we will not apply a change retroactively to a listing you have already paid for in a way that disadvantages you.
